SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

  1. Shipping Zones: We offer shipping services within India. At present, we do not provide international shipping options.

  2. Shipping Costs: We have a minimum shipping cost set for all orders.

  3. Shipping Methods and Timelines: We utilise reputable shipping carriers to deliver our art pieces to customers. The estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on the customer's location. Typically, orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. After shipping, the delivery time may range from 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

  4. Packaging: Our art-pieces  are packaged with the utmost care to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition. We use high-quality, protective materials to safeguard the artwork during transit.

  5. Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package. To report any issues, please email us at therainstory.info@gmail.com. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to process your claim efficiently.

  6. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or gazetted holidays. In case of unforeseen circumstances that affect our operations or cause the studio to remain closed, the day will be considered a non-working day and may affect the delivery timeline.

RETURN & REFUND

As our artworks and functional art stationery are made with care and are often made to order, they are non-refundable. We request you to take a little time before placing your order, especially for artworks and custom pieces, as we’re unable to accept returns or refunds once an order is confirmed.

Please note that colours may look slightly different on different screens. This is due to individual screen settings and is not considered a damaged or incorrect product.

If you have any questions or are unsure about anything, feel free to write to us at therainstory.info@gmail.com. We’re happy to help!

Thank you for supporting my art and my little studio.
