Please mail us at Therainstory.info@gmail.com to request Cancel the shipment within 48 hours from the order placement date. Once shipped, no cancellation requests are accepted.

All orders usually gets shipped within 1-3 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days. You will receive a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped.

We generally make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package only, but in case there's something missing or damaged kindly mail at therainstory.info@gmail.com along with pictures within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

You can initiate return request within 48 hours by writing us at therainstory.info@gmail.com. Upon accepting the request you can initiate the return from your end. Please take care that the art piece must be in its original condition, without any damage or alterations and Tags intact. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The amount of the product will be refunded and might reflect in your account in few days.

If the payment was done by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.

Yes, our artist welcomes custom orders and commissions in paintings/wall art only. If you have a specific idea or design in mind, feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll be happy to discuss the details. The customisation in stationery section for less than 20 units is not considered, we can still work out for bulk custom orders.

Yes, our artist is committed to sustainability and uses eco-friendly materials wherever possible in the production of stationery items. Our paintings art prints and Notebooks are made of Handmade paper and recyclable papers.

All the original paintings and stationery products offered on our website are carefully handmade by the artist. The art prints are first hand painted in different medias, then printed digitally on a handmade paper.

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the status of your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. International shipping options are not available at this time.
